CODURE provides safe and durable solutions for connecting Cured-in-place-pipes (CIPP). CODURE fittings are durable end fittings that easily connect pressurized pipes without the need for glue or impregnation on site. After placement of the fitting, the fitting and liner co-cure, resulting in a chemically coherent entity meeting the same requirements as your CIPP liners. Are you interested or do you have any questions about the CODURE technology? Please do not hesitate to get in contact with us, so our experts can provide you with more information and discuss the possibilities with you.
The coupling is composed of fibre reinforced polymers. The exact composition is dependent on the materials and resin used in your lining. This ensures chemical consistency after the coupling and lining are co-cured.

- Diameter Range: from DN100 up to DN1200
- Temperature
- Pressure
The CODURE couplings are qualified for drinking water pipelines and extensively tested.

Composite relining is a durable existing solution used in the Cured-in-Place process of pressure-less system such as sewers. Cured-in-place pipes (CIPP) is a rehabilitation method to repair existing underground pipelines without the need for complete replacement of pipes using excavation and replace. Since the lining is done in finite parts, the cured-in-place pipe has to be connected to the rest of the pipe system. In pressure-less systems, the connection between the pipes is not of great importance. However, when connecting composite liners in pressurized systems, the connection requires leak proof and reliable solutions. That is where CODURE steps in. CODURE’s patented technology is specifically suited for CIPP and ensures easy installation of durable fittings that fit your lining system and installation process. With our expertise we can think along and advice you about integrating the solution in your process.
